UK Door-to-Door Program FAQ
No. If you have a registered VAT number, please note that by using our UK Door-to-Door program, you will not be able to claim back the VAT, as COBRA Firing Systems pays the VAT on your behalf. This means that the VAT is not associated with your VAT number, and no VAT receipt will be provided for reimbursement purposes. If you ever have any questions, please contact us, we are happy to help.
Yes. UK Customs and Duties requires all imports to be charged VAT on the products themselves, and the shipping expense to bring the order into the UK. This is the same if you import the order without using the UK Door-to-Door program.
No. You actually save about 2.5% off the order import fees as we do not charge you duties, only VAT when using the Door-to-Door program.
