Firmware 6.0 or higher is required to use DMX functionality.

The 36M/72M DMX upgrade kit includes all hardware to upgrade your 36M or 72M to support DMX output. To learn about COBRA DMX, see COBRA DMX User Guide.

In order to use COBRA DMX, you only require an 18R2 and 36M or 72M with the installed DMX upgrade kit, and all COBRA equipment operating firmware 6.0 or higher.

Included in the kit is:

Internal DMX Wiring Harness for 36M/72M - Internal harness for connecting the new external RJ45 port to the main motherboard for both DMX and USB connectivity.

DMX Splitter Cable for 36M/72M - External splitter cable for connecting the 36M/72M to one or more DMX devices or a USB port for firmware upgrades and other future applications.
